How Studio Keep Pro is billed, what we do with your data, and how to reach a human. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
In short: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name. As you use the app we store the data you enter: your studios, classes, rates, invoices and the figures behind your tax estimate. We also keep basic technical information needed to run the service, such as your account's last sign-in time.
Your data is used to provide Studio Keep: to sync your classes across your devices, generate and email your invoices, and calculate your live tax set-aside estimate. We use your email address to send account emails, such as confirming your address and helping you reset your password.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the European Union (London region). We use a small number of trusted services to run Studio Keep, and share only what each one needs:
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not read your figures for any purpose other than running the features you use. Your earnings are your business.
You can access, correct or export your data from within the app. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data from our systems. You can also email us and we will help. If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, other than anything we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Studio Keep is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
By downloading or using Studio Keep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Studio Keep helps movement instructors log classes, invoice studios and estimate what to set aside for tax. The free tier covers one studio. Studio Keep Pro unlocks unlimited studios and invoice formats, one-tap emailed invoices, spreadsheet import and CSV export, and cloud sync and backup.
Studio Keep Pro is an auto-renewing subscription of £11 per month, sold through Apple and charged to your Apple ID. New subscribers get a 30-day free trial; you are not charged during the trial. Once the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month, and your Apple ID is charged the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices may change; we will give you notice before any change affects you.
A valid referral code gives you one additional free month, applied immediately after your 30-day free trial, so your second month is also free. A referral code can be used once per account and must be applied before your first payment. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined, and cannot be applied retroactively once you have been charged.
You can cancel any time in Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Because billing is handled by Apple, refunds are requested from Apple through your purchase history, and are subject to Apple's policies.
Studio Keep's tax figure is an estimate to help you set money aside, based on the classes you log and standard HMRC thresholds. It is not tax, accounting or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional or for your own return. You are responsible for your own tax affairs.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. Please use Studio Keep lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy above.
We work hard to keep Studio Keep running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Studio Keep is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Studio Keep is operated from the United Kingdom.
